- Clients must arrive on time for their sessions. Delays may reduce the session duration or incur additional charges.
- Clients are responsible for informing Subhan Studio of specific requests or preferences before the session.
- Subhan Studio is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to failure to communicate preferences in advance.
7. Liability
- Subhan Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
- We take utmost care to protect your files, but we cannot be held responsible for data loss due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of equipment failure or other unforeseen issues, our liability is limited to rescheduling the session or refunding the deposit.

- We may collaborate with third-party vendors (e.g., makeup artists, venues).
- Subhan Studio is not responsible for their services.
- Payments and agreements with third-party vendors are the client’s responsibility.

- Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved amicably.
